This book has some rare cuisines from different parts of Odisha, according to Ritu, which include ‘Silapua Pitha’, prepared during Raja Sankranti; ‘Nishkrui Pitha, prepared during Gamha Purnima in Nayagarh; ‘Mooga Sijha Puri’, which is made during the holy month of Kartika.
